VERTICAL BATH is an exercise in the mineralized water swimming pool intended for treatment of the spinal inflammation, degenerative dystrophic diseases and their complications. In these baths the therapeutic effects on the impaired functions of muscles, ligaments, bones and joints of the mineralised water and kinesitherapy (treatment by movements) are combined. Thanks to relaxation of muscles and partial weightlessness you will perform the active therapeutic movements more easily and almost without any pain. After a course of vertical bath the muscles and ligaments become stronger, the mobility of spine increases, the movements become easier and much less painful and the pains often disappear at all. These exercises slow the progression of spinal pathological processes and development of muscular atrophy and spinal deformities.
THERAPEUTIC WATER GYMNASTICS. It is a very effective procedure for the treatment of arthritis, degenerative diseases and complications after traumas. These procedures combine the therapeutic effect of the mineralised water and kinesitherapy (treatment by movements).
