The Central House is the main building of UAB “Draugystės sanatorija”. It has 12 single and 15 double rooms, 19 double deluxe rooms and 3 apartments. The apartments are installed with fireplaces and kitchen equipment. In the Central House there are a treatment centre of the sanatorium, doctors’ offices, a canteen, the Red Hall designed for different events, a tea bar “Fitobaras” offering herbal teas, a newsagent’s, a hairdresser’s salon, a gym, a beauty and health centre “Afroditė” with a swimming pool with mineral water, hot tubs and steam baths. The Central House was renovated in 2006. The facade of the building was repaired; the rooms were redecorated and equipped with new furniture and carpeting. The southern part of the sanatorium’s territory is equipped with an outdoor swimming pool with underwater massage jets, cascades and sun bathing areas; there also are sports areas and two tennis courts.
